3.1 Personal Account & Order

You do not need to create a personal account to order in our online store.

Once you go to the checkout, you can make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the opportunity to save personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not have to write them in each of your orders. You will also be able to use the Wish List.

3.2 Phone Orders

You can place your order by phone at 211-1824211, daily from 10:00 to 21:00 and on Saturday < / strong> from 11.00 to 18.00. Please note the products you want to order.

3.3 </ span> Order Status

If you are a registered customer, to see the status of your order, visit the "My Account" page and then select "Order History". From there, select your current order to see how it evolves.

Whether you are registered or not, you will receive an informative email every time the status of your order changes.
