6.1 Personal Account & Order

Return of products is possible if the following conditions are met:

Customer has informed by phone or email about the return up to 7 working days from the purchase of the product. The photo of the defective product is necessary.
Shipping costs for the return are borne by the customer.
For the safety of all and due to the nature of the products, returns are accepted only in case of defective product and products from incorrect shipment.
Each product is in the condition in which it was received, not used, soiled or in any other condition than its original.
Each product to be returned is properly packaged to be sent by courier of your choice
Also note that:

Returned products can be exchanged for another product of equal value.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us.

6.2 Refund

Once we receive the products you returned to us, the refund procedures will begin or their exchange. The way the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be returned to you by depositing the amount in the bank account that you will indicate to us. The company has 10 working days from the time the defective product was delivered to the company's headquarters for a refund or exchange.
