6.1Personal Account & Order
The return of products is possible if the following conditions are met:
The customer has informed by phone or email about the return up to 15 working days from the purchase of the product. A photo of the defective product is required.
Shipping costs for the return of a defective product for which the customer is NOT responsible, are borne by the company.
For everyone's safety and due to the nature of the products, returns are only accepted in case of a defective product and products from a wrong shipment.
Each product is in the condition in which it was received, has not been used, soiled or is in any other condition than its original.
Each product to be returned is properly packaged in order to be sent by a courier of your choice.
Also note that:
Returned products can be exchanged for another product of equal value.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us.

As soon as we receive the products you have returned to us, we will begin the process of refunding their value or exchanging them. The way in which the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be returned to you by depositing the amount to the bank account that you will indicate to us. The company has 10 working days from the time the defective product was delivered to the company's headquarters for a refund or exchange.
