1. What are the differences between organic cosmetics and natural cosmetics?
Natural products are NOT always organic. Inside the final product there are chemical compounds and preservatives for optimization (aroma, texture, shelf life). In organic, on the other hand, the raw materials come from the purest crops without the use of chemicals and do not undergo any treatment or the addition of chemical preservatives. Just as nature gives us! Only certification by competent bodies validates the organic product. LABBOK uses only certified organic ingredients and has one of the highest percentages in the market.
2. Why should I choose organic products?
The average consumer receives over 200 toxic chemicals into their skin every day and 60% of them are absorbed through the skin and enter our body "(Organic Fair Trade Organization). Today, certified organic products are recognized by the general public for their effectiveness. According to the international literature, they have higher (compared to conventional) levels of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and minerals. LABBOK is a 100% vegan company and all our products are vegan. Also, we do not experiment on animals. We are the first Greek cosmetics company with cruelty-free certification from LEAPING BUNNY INTERNATIONAL (https://crueltyfreeinternational.org/leapingbunny). LABBOK is a company that stands for sustainable production and ethical trade (Fair Trade).
4. Are the products suitable for pregnancy?
The products are completely safe for the duration of pregnancy but also for after new mothers and babies. We do not use: Synthetic Fragrances, Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMO's), Parabens, Nanoparticles, Silicones, Mineral Oils, Phthalates (DEP), EDTA, DEA, ALS / ALES, BHT, Carbomer, Propylene Glycol (Propylene Glycol), Formylene Glycol, , Glycols, Petrochemicals (petroleum, paraffin), PEG's, Τ.EA (Triethanolamine), Ethoxylated Chemicals.
5. How am I sure about the safety of the products?
Our products are dermatologically and microbiologically tested in third party external laboratories. All products are registered on the European CPNP platform and list all their ingredients. Finally, all products are checked and listed for lots and all allergens. LABBOK produces all its products in its own facilities that are licensed by the EOF
6. Are LABBOK packages made from recyclable materials?
100% recyclable materials are used for all LABBOK packaging. The glass is made of 90% recycled materials and we replace the plastic with a cane with the I'AM GREEN certification. We are a zero waste company: The wood we use comes from pieces of wood that are left over and are to be discarded. We take them and create our handmade packages. Our packaging has received distinction in the category "Best packaging" in 2019 @ Pure Beauty Awards, London.

1. What shipping costs will I be charged?
Shipping costs for all orders are listed at the end of each order. They differ depending on the geographical region. Shipping costs may vary depending on the amount of the order or current offers. Requests for up to 5 samples of different products are sent free of charge and once (1) per one (1) customer. For more samples the cost is 0.40 € per sample. Shipping costs are borne by the customer
2. What are your shipping methods?
Orders in GREECE and CYPRUS are sent by COURIER CENTER. DHL is used for foreign shipments. In special cases the shipment can be made with ACS COURIER and only after the customer's suggestion. The Courier center serves shipments, cash on delivery AND via smart spots, which are very close to the customer's address with extended hours. We recommend that you register your phone to be informed of the progress of the order.
3. When will my order arrive?
All retail orders are processed within 1-2 working days and are sent to the respective shipping company. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delays that are not dependent on the company may occur.
All orders within GREECE are sent based on the schedule of each transport (within 1-3 working days) and outside Greece are sent within 3-7 working days. There is the possibility of express shipping and shipping on SATURDAY with extra charge within GREECE FOR ORDERS made until 12.00 and delivered the next business day and for shipments abroad within 3 working days.
