1. What are the differences between organic cosmetics and natural cosmetics?
Natural products are NOT always organic. Inside the final product are chemical compounds and preservatives to optimize (flavor, texture, shelf life). On the contrary, in organic, the raw materials come from the purest cultures without the use of chemicals and they do not undergo any treatment or addition of chemical preservatives. Just as nature gives us! Only certification by competent bodies validates the organic product. LABBOK uses exclusively certified organic ingredients and has one of the highest percentages on the market.
2. Why should I choose organic products?
The average consumer receives over 200 toxic chemicals on their skin every day and 60% of these are absorbed through the skin and enter our bodies'' (Organic Fair Trade Organization). Today, certified organic products are recognized by the general public for their effectiveness. According to international literature, they have higher (compared to conventional) levels of essential fatty acids, antioxidants, vitamins and trace elements. They are a modern but safe luxury for our skin and health and at the same time we protect our environment, our very life in the best possible way!
3. Is LABBOK vegan and cruelty free?
LABBOK is a 100% vegan company and all our products are vegan. Also, we do not experiment on animals. We are the first Greek cosmetics company with cruelty-free certification by LEAPING BUNNY INTERNATIONAL (https://crueltyfreeinternational.org/leapingbunny). LABBOK is a company that supports sustainable production and fair trade.
4. Are the products suitable for pregnancy?
The products are absolutely safe for the duration of pregnancy and also for new mothers and babies. We do not use: Synthetic Fragrances, Genetically Modified Ingredients (GMO's), Parabens, Nanoparticles, Silicones, Mineral Oils, Phthalates (DEP), EDTA, DEA, ALS/ALES, BHT, Carbomer, Propylene Glycol, SLS/SLES, Formaldehyde , Glycols, Petrochemicals (petroleum, paraffin), PEG's, T.E.A. (Triethanolamine), Ethoxylated Chemicals.
5. How am I sure of the safety of the products?
Our products are dermatologically and microbiologically tested in third-party external laboratories. All products are registered on the European CPNP platform and list all their ingredients. Finally, all products are tested and list the batches and all allergens. LABBOK produces all its products in its own facilities that are licensed by the E.O.F
6. Are LABBOK packaging made from recyclable materials?
For LABBOK packaging, 100% recyclable materials are used for all products. The glass is made from 90% recycled materials and we replace the plastic with sugar cane with the I'AM GREEN certification. We are a zero waste company: The wood we use comes from pieces of wood that are left over and are to be discarded. We take them and create our handmade packaging. Our packaging has been awarded in the "Best Packaging" category in 2019 @ Pure Beauty Awards, London.

3. How am I informed about my order?

1. What shipping costs will I incur?
Shipping costs for all orders are listed at the bottom of each order. They vary according to the geographical region. Shipping costs may vary depending on order size or current offers. Requests for up to 5 samples of different products are sent free of charge and one (1) time per one (1) customer. For above samples the cost is €0.40 per sample. Shipping costs are borne by the customer
2. What are your shipping methods?
Orders in GREECE and CYPRUS are sent by COURIER CENTER. DHL is used for international shipments. In special cases, the shipment can be made with ACS COURIER and only after the customer's suggestion. Courier center serves shipments, cash on delivery AND through smart spots, which are very close to the customer's address with extended hours. We recommend that you register your phone number in order to be informed of the progress of the order.
3. When will my order arrive?
All retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to the respective carrier. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delays beyond the company's control may occur.
All orders within GREECE are shipped based on the schedule of each carrier (within 1-3 business days) and outside Greece are shipped within 3-7 business days. There is the possibility of express shipping and shipping on SATURDAY with an additional charge within GREECE FOR ORDERS placed before 12.00 and delivered the next working day and for shipments abroad within 3 working days. Express orders are made by phone or by email at info@labbok.gr. and notification to the company is required.
