5.1Shipping charges

Shipping costs for all orders are listed at the bottom of each order. They vary according to the geographical region. Shipping costs may vary depending on order size or current offers.

Requests for up to 5 samples of different products are sent free of charge and one (1) time per one (1) customer. For above samples the cost is €0.40 per sample. Shipping costs are borne by the customer based on the price list of the respective provider.

5.2Shipping methods

The ordersin GREECE and CYPRUSare sent by COURIER CENTER. For international shipments, theDHL. In special cases, the shipment can be made with ACS COURIER and only after the customer's suggestion.

Courier center serves shipments, cash on delivery AND through smart spots, which are very close to the customer's address with extended hours.

We recommend that you register your phone as the courier forwards SMS or VIBER with an update on the progress of the order.

All retail orders are processed within 1-2 business days and shipped to the respective carrier. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays. Delays beyond the company's control may occur.

All orders withinGREECEare sent based on the schedule of each transport (within 1-3 business days)and outside Greece are sent within4-7 business days.

As soon as your package is delivered to COURIER, we forward the tracking number to your email. Please check your email and spam.

There is the possibility of express shipping and shipping on SATURDAY with an additional charge within GREECE FOR ORDERS placed before 12.00 and delivered the next working day and for shipments abroad within 3 working days.Express orders are made by phone or by email at info@labbok.gr. and notification to the company is required.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note or (contact via text message) the company's contact details so that you can arrange to come back at a time that works best for you. The delivery person tries a total of 2 or 3 times to deliver to your address. In case of return of your order to our company due to non-receipt of the parcel by you, the shipment can be re-sentat your own expense. Some exceptions are accepted after consultation with the company at 211-1824211 or at info@labbok.gr.

Finally, in case your order is intended for a gift, you can set a different delivery address during checkout.
