3. ORDERS

3.1 Personal Account & Order

It is not necessary to create a personal account to order in our online store.

Once you go to cash desk, in the 1st step select "Complete as a guest" to make your purchases without creating an account. However, by creating your personal account, you are given the option to save personal information and shipping addresses so that you do not have to write them down on every order. You will also be able to use the Wish List.

3.2 Phone delivery

You can place your order by phone at 2111824211 daily from 10:00 to 17:00. Please note the code and price of the products you want to order.

3.3 Order Status

If you are a registered customer, to view the status of your order, visit the "My Account" page and then select "Order History". From there select your current order to see its progress.

Whether you are registered or not, you will receive an email notification whenever the status of your order changes.

3.5 Wish List

4. PAYMENT METHODS

In our online store you can pay with the following payment methods.

4.1 Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards

It is possible to pay for your order with credit, debit and prepaid cards of Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover or using the Masterpass electronic wallet.

To enter your card details, you are transferred to Alpha Bank's secure system and after successful payment you return to our online store.

It is possible to pay for your order by cash on delivery upon delivery to your location.

For orders that have cash on delivery as the selected payment method, there is a possibility that a telephone confirmation will be made beforehand.

4.4 Payment in the Store

It is possible to pay for your order upon receipt of your order at our store.

Payment for orders in our store can be made by cash, credit or debit card.

For orders that have payment in the store as the selected payment method, there is a possibility that a telephone confirmation will precede.

4.5 PayPal

It is possible to pay for your order through PayPal. You are not required to have a PayPal account.

5. MISSION

5.1 Shipping charges

The shipping costs for all orders with a cost of up to €70 are €2.5 for the whole of Greece and €15 for international transports.

For orders over €70 shipping costs are free.

5.2 Shipping methods

Orders are sent by Courier.

All orders are shipped within 2-4 days. Orders are not processed, shipped and delivered on weekends or public holidays.

If you are absent at the time of delivery, the delivery person will leave a note with the company's contact information so that you can arrange to come back at a time that works best for you.

Finally, in case your order is intended for a gift, you can set a different delivery address during checkout.

6.RETURN PRODUCTS 6.1Return Conditions

The return of products is possible if the following conditions are met:

The customer has informed by phone or email about the return up to 15 days from the purchase of the product.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Each product is in the condition in which it was received, it has not been used, worn, soiled or is in any other condition than its original and the tag has not been removed.
Each product to be returned is properly packaged in order to be sent by a courier of your choice.

Returned products can be exchanged for another product, size or color or a refund.
Returned products are your responsibility until they reach us.

6.2 Money return

As soon as we receive the products you have returned to us, we will begin the procedures for refunding their value. The way in which the refund is made depends on the payment method you have chosen. Thus, the amount will be returned to you either by canceling the charge to your credit card, or by refunding the money via Paypal, or by depositing the amount to the bank account that you will indicate to us if you had paid by cash on delivery.
